What is JAS-ANZ Accreditation?
Bodies that certify you to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or AS/NZS 4801 are CERTIFICATION BODIES. There are over 20 certification bodies in Australia
Bodies that accredit these certification bodies to be able to certify you are ACCREDITATION BODIES. There are a number of accreditation bodies operating around the world, JAS ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) is the Accreditation Body for Australasia.
Although ISO and Australian Standards do not have a direct relationship to the certifcation process, they have been included in the following graphical representation of the certification process.
